Early Halloween

Our Sunday school class had its Halloween party last Friday. Isaac had the best time! He got to play with his friend Hailey (on older woman) and basically ran around going crazy.

If you can't read his shirt- it says "Monster in Training". I thought it was fitting.
This is our friend Will. He is the same friend from Isaac's swimming pictures earlier this year. He has grown so much!
Here are some of the pumpkins that were carved at the party. Joe carved the one in the middle. (the one that isn't a face and you can't tell what it is) I was very proud of how hard he worked on it. :)
While at the party, Isaac showed off his newest game of "Race". He puts his hands on his knees and says, "Set, set, go!!" For those of you who don't speak toddler, he's saying, "On your mark, get set, go!!"
Originally, I thought that Melissa taught him that game- since they play it at her house, but I have since learned that it is something that they do during their PE time at daycare. (the daycare kids get to go to PE and library twice a week at my school. They love it)
At any rate, it was nice that Hailey would play with him since I was too tired to chase him! :)

Lots of pictures

Of course we had to get lots of pictures of the cousins playing together (kind of) and just being cute. They really did well together once they got used to the idea of each other.

We have noticed a trend in all of their pictures together, that Isaac and cousin Joshua are always posed with Isaac on the left and Josh on the right. I don't think it was intentional, but now it is expected. They are both too cute!!

Here is a cute one of Joshua posing with his mower toy.

Here is Isaac being excited about something. (It doesn't take much)

Here is a climbing Isaac. He loves to climb now- on everything.

Here he is with his new Aunt Chelly. I think it is safe to say that he loved all the attention he received! He also loved that she let him play with her digital camera. Thanks Chell!!

Baby Day

This past weekend, the twins were showered with love from my family and friends. Much thanks to my sister Jenny for opening her house and Jason for entertaining the kids, the twins and I had a great time!

Here are the Bradley girls. Notice Joanna's faboo new haircut.

My friends Michelle (Chelly) and Melissa (Isaac's Aunt Kitty) You'd never know that they had just met!

Here is my mommy (Isaac's Grammy Pat)

Here are the Bradley girls again along with their Gommy Bradley. I was glad that both of my Gommies got to come!
I would also like to give a shout-out to Mrs. Davis (Jason's mom) for supplying the decorations. The stork was genius!
Thanks everyone for making having twins not as scary as I thought it was going to be!!

Checkers with Grammy and Papa

Recently we got a chance to have dinner with Grammy and Papa at Cracker Barrel in Kimball, TN. Of course no trip to Cracker Barrel is not complete without sitting in the rockers outside and playing checkers.

(Note: Some of the shots I took turned out blurry because they were night setting shots so I did not include them. Sorry.)

Above is Isaac testing out one of the "Big Boy" chairs. Something tells me he likes it.

It looks like Isaac won in this picture. Grammy can't believe she got beat by a 19 month old.

Above is Isaac showing Papa how to play checkers. The key is to keep your opponents king slots covered. In this case, Isaac is accomplishing this by sitting on the checker board. Papa has no recourse but to allow Isaac to win.

New pictures - 3D!!!!

To all the faithful readers of our blog, here are the ultra sound pictures from Jocelyn's last visit. I know it has been a long time coming but hopefully, you will see these and think they are really neat and worth the wait.

The picture below, Jocelyn says, will give our two new additions therapy once they get older. I just enclosed it to show that yes there is still only 1 boy and 1 girl.

The pictures below are two of them playing. Mostly head butting each other trying to get more room in mommy's tummy.

The next picture is one of Abigail Grace. She is talking of course which means she will be just like her mother.....or is it her father. Either way, the picture is pretty cool and also kinda of creepy.

We got lucky with these next pictures. We were able to get some 3D ones so everyone out there can see what our little additions will look like prior to their arrival. The one below is Andrew Joseph taking a little nap or trying to get away from the noise of the ultrasound machine.

The next two are of Abby. You might not want to hold me to this but I am pretty sure they are both of Abby.
Either way, I hope you enjoy the pictures of little Abby and Andy. They are truly beautiful and will be here before we know it.
Please keep us in your prayers as we prepare for these new arrivals.

More Isaac cuteness

I went consignment shopping last weekend and found some great deals! I had noticed that Isaac really likes sitting in chairs by himself (like a big boy) so I had to find him a small table and chairs.

Here he is at his new Legos table. He could sit and play for tens of minutes at a time!

His favorite is to build towers really tall, them knock them to the floor. He is good at cleaning up after himself too.

He also has a table in the living room where he can read his books and play with his Choo-Choo train. He is on a Thomas the Train kick right now. He even knows the difference between a Choo- choo and a Beep-beep. What a genius!

Here is a picture of him asking Mommy to let him watch his Thomas movie. This has become an almost daily occurance.
